CAT 6 STP-Shielded RJ45 Connector for Field Assembly
for 5.0-8.5 mm cable diameter, with screw cap, tool-free IDC mounting
The RJ45 plug is time-saving and easy to install on the CAT cable due to the handy folding mechanism. Thanks to IDC assembly technology, no additional tools are required. Just place the individual wires on the colour-coded contacts and fix them in place by simply pressing the connector housing together.
- Network connector for field assembly, suitable for round cables with solid conductors (AWG 22/1 - 26/1) and stranded conductors (AWG 22/7 - 26/7)
- For quick, tool-free assembly on network cables by simply pressing the connector housing together and screwing on the strain relief
- The CAT 6 connector supports Power over Ethernet (PoE++, 4PPoE, Ultra PoE) according to IEEE802.3bt as well as 10GBase-T (downward compatible)
- The RJ45 connector is suitable for terminating a CAT 6 installation cable to create a custom-sized network cable (cable routing: 180°)
- 3-μm gold-plated contacts and the STP screen ensure durability and a perfect signal transmission
- The RJ45 connector is TIA-568A/B colour-coded
